1General Terms & Compliance

By accessing or using the Bajimahal platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between Bajimahal and the user. Please read this document carefully in full before creating an account.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods are currently supported on Bajimahal:

• Mobile Pay — both personal and merchant numbers accepted.
• Nagad — mobile banking service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• Rocket — the Rocket service by Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change — please check the platform directly for the latest figures. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

Deposits must come from a legitimate payment method registered in your own name. Using another person's payment account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

Bajimahal does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which Bajimahal bears no responsibility.

4Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Bajimahal:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bajimahal reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Bets can be placed both before a match starts and in-play, but no bets will be accepted once a specific market has closed.
• The maximum betting limit for any event is set by Bajimahal.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with Bajimahal's own rules.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on Bajimahal are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus is available exclusively to newly registered members making their first deposit.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• Winnings from bonus cashback or free spins must meet specific conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device will be treated as fraud.

Bajimahal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. For active bonuses, users will be notified in advance.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bajimahal platform:

• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
• Stealing another user's information or attempting unauthorized access to their account.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Creating an account using false or misleading information.

Any individual found to be involved in the activities listed above will have their account immediately closed, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

7Account Suspension & Permanent Closure

Bajimahal may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If clear evidence of a violation of these Terms & Conditions is found.
• Failure to provide the documents required for account verification within the specified timeframe.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• At the user's own request.

Once an account is closed, the process to return any valid balance will begin. However, bonus balances or funds obtained through rule violations will not be refunded.

8Responsible Gaming Policy
